

Yoga with Kait features the following classes:
Baby and Me Yoga - Ages 0 - 8 months. Enjoy a relaxing and bonding class with your little one ! Leave feeling refreshed and nurtured.
Toddler and Me Yoga - Ages 15 months to 3 years is an easygoing and engaging class . The foundation of this class is Kait's ability to help each child feel engaged and connected to the rpesent moment. From there, the children play yoga with their peers, discover how breathing makes them feel, and finally experience the benefits of guided rest.
Preschool age yoga - Ages 3 -6. Stories and imagintion are used to take children on yoga adventures where we move, breathe and get deep rest. Each child will be encouraged to have fun and be kind. No mats are needed.
Middle School Girls Yoga - Girls connect and share while meditating and learning yoga. Empowering and fun for girls this age.
