To make the most of our time together, every effort will be made to begin and end classes on time. Please be Prompt! It will make your child’s adjustment easier, and is most considerate to everyone else in class.
We want the children to be able to attend as many classes as possible, and therefore we allow you to attend two makeup classes per semester. These classes must be made up within the same semester and scheduled in advance by signing up on our On-Line Make-up Scheduler. ABOVE, click on the CLASSES tab and under the drop down box, select SCHEDULE A MAKE-UP. Follow directions to sign up for a make-up class in whatever location you like. If the make-up scheduler says “no make-up available”, that make-up has been taken and you need to select another. Please do not show up for a makeup without scheduling it online. This is not fair to other class participants, and you may be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
BRINGING VISITORS TO YOUR CLASS:
We welcome visitors to our classes! Please speak to your teacher the week prior regarding bringing older siblings or family members to visit the class.
Please DO NOT bring children to class who may have a contagious illness, runny nose, cough, sneezing, etc. It is greatly appreciated by other families. If your child has symptoms only due to allergies, please make your teacher aware so she/he can assure the other families in class with you!
NO Refunds Given - ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!
We do not issue credits for classes not attended without a physician’s note stating dates missed due to serious illness or extreme dire circumstances which must be submitted to our office in writing.
CLASS SWITCH FEE:

FOOD / DRINK / DIAPERING:
Please do not bring food or drink into the classroom. Please be considerate and clean up after your child. Please make sure you bring a plastic bag with you to put soiled diapers in before putting them in the trash.
INCLEMENT WEATHER and HOLIDAY CLOSURES:
Please check your local newscast via radio, television or web for information on the town in which you attend class. Radio: WEBE 108 FM (107.9) or STAR 99.9 FM. Television: News Channel 12 or Channel 8, or on the web at www.wnbc.com. If that town’s schools are cancelled, Music Together® classes will be cancelled also. If the town’s schools have a delayed opening, your Music Together class will run as scheduled. You may also call the Music Together office at (203) 256-1656 we will leave a message on the answering machine by 7:30 am with updates.
VERY IMPORTANT: This is only pertaining to inclement weather, not school holidays or vacations. Please Note: Music Together of Fairfield County does NOT follow class closures of the public school holidays or holiday breaks. If we are NOT holding class, it will be posted on the front page of our website and be on our outgoing message machine. Otherwise, Music Together of Fairfield County is holding classes.
